Sourdough Class with Jessi from Oak and Apple Farm Bakery

Join Jessi from Oak & Apple Farm Bakery to learn the basics of making long fermented sourdough bread. In this class, we will discuss starter care and feeding, dough mixes, timing fermentation and proofing, and baking essentials. Complimentary starter will be provided to all participants to set you up for success. Please contact the library at 541-258-4926 to reserve your spot. This program is for adults age 18 and older.
