60 minute slow flow yoga session at The Wellness Barre in Lebanon, TN

***Please sign up for class at least an hour in advance. Attendance varies greatly from week to week (we all have lives and things going on, I get it!), so signing up ahead of time prevents me from heading to the studio to hang out by myself 😅 That also allows me to have a little extra time back to do things for YOU, like planning our next class together!

Come for an hour-long session that allows you to completely surrender at the end of the week with intentional movement and extended rest. You’ll move slowly with the breath to help you clear your mind, cultivate a sense of calm, and feel more relaxed as you leave the chaos of the week behind.
Throughout the week, it’s easy to store stress, negativity, overwhelm, and energy in our bodies. And without a conscious effort to release all of that, it can build up and start to affect how you move throughout your life. This peaceful flow pairs aspects of hatha and gentle vinyasa to help you focus on developing conscious body and breath connection throughout your practice.
You’ll experience moments of gently flowing asana sequences and explore static poses with nuanced movements that allow you to open up your body and release tension. You’ll also tap into moments of mindfulness to help you cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and connection, both to yourself and your surroundings.
