60 minute gentle hatha/vinyasa full moon outdoor yoga session at Perry Farm in Lebanon, TN

Join us for an hour long class under the rising full moon at sunset where we pair a mindful yoga practice with the healing qualities of nature in a beautiful outdoor setting. During our time together, you’ll have the opportunity to cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and connection, both to yourself and your surroundings.

Pairing aspects of hatha and gentle vinyasa yoga, you’ll focus on developing conscious body and breath connection throughout your practice by both flowing gently in a Moon Salutation and exploring static poses through nuanced movements. We’ll explore moments of mindfulness as we tap into the symbolism of the Strawberry Moon, all while taking advantage of the sights, sounds, and sensations Mama Nature has to offer.
