Lebanon PA Pride 2025 Vendor Registration

Pride Celebrations came to Lebanon in 2021 through a dedicated group of community volunteers. After reorganizing and reforming, a revived group of community volunteers will host this year’s event. Lebanon Pride invites organizations, businesses, community members, and allies to join the celebration, build connections, and find local support on June 22, 2025 from 1-5 pm on 8th Street by the Farmer’s Market, Lebanon, PA.

We welcome vendors at our event! Businesses, nonprofits, churches, and community organizations are welcome to reserve a spot. Fees cover event costs and benefit local LGBTQ services and programs.

We are seeking sponsorship support from our community to help defray the increasing expenses to provide this event in our community. All proceeds from sponsorships will benefit local LGBTQ+ services and programs through local nonprofits. Would you like to Sponsor? Info: Vendors are welcome to set up booths during this time. Vehicles may be used to transport booth materials during this time.

Info: ALL VEHICLES REMOVED. Vendor vehicles may be parked in the Market lot, public lot at 9th & Cumberland, or public lot behind City Hall. NO VEHICLES FOR VENDORS MAY BE PARKED IN THE 8th ST LOT.

Info: Vehicles may be moved to Vendor area to pack up. Access permitted by alleyways between Chestnut & Cumberland.
