Colley Ranch Day One — Volunteer Cleanup Event
Date: August 1, 2025
Location: 23084 Nameless Road, Leander, TX
Join us for a community cleanup day at Colley Ranch! We need volunteers to help clear brush, trash, and debris to improve the ranch's condition. This is the first day of a two-day cleanup effort.
8:00 AM — Event Kickoff & Check-in
Arrive promptly to sign in.
Please come prepared with proper clothing and sun protection.
8:15 AM — Safety Meeting #1
Brief overview of safety protocols and task assignments.
Location: look for the canopy at the front of the property.
Volunteers will work on clearing brush, trash, and debris.
12:15 PM — Safety Meeting #2
Midday safety check-in and updates.
Volunteer Gear:
Long-sleeve shirts for sun protection
Work gloves
Boots
Hat
Sunscreen and any additional sun protection
Water & Lunch:
We are working to secure water and lunch sponsorship from a local company. Updates will be provided once confirmed.
Day Two will follow shortly after, with similar activities planned.
