WHAT IS BODYBALANCE?
BODYBALANCE is a 55-minute class that blends exercises from three popular disciplines; Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates into a flowing workout set to beautiful music. With its carefully structured series of moves, poses and stretches it builds flexibility and strength and leaves you in a state of harmony and balance feeling centered and calm.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Yoga mat, bare feet, comfy clothes to move in.
