Sunday Restorative Yoga

Slow down, let the body be held by a props to experience a deeply felt relaxation response, returning you to balance.

This is a super gentle, still and quiet practice. You will not feel a deep stretch. What you will feel, when you are in the poses, is peace as the body is held. Time will fly and you are able to come back to yourself for a bit. ⁠
