Skyway Roundtable

I cannot believe it is almost October and of course that means it is almost time for Roundtable. We will be meeting next Thursday, October 2nd at 7pm at Clearview United Methodist Church at 4515 38th Ave N St. Petersburg, FL 33713.

We look forward to seeing you there. Our focus this month will be on new youth members..what do you do with a new Cub Scout den? How do you help them? New members in an existing den? How do you help them? New troop members? How do you make them feel welcome is an existing Patrol or creating a new Patrol? A new member on a ship that had no boating experience but wants to learn? These are questions we hope you bring and can help point you in the right direction.

Also this month we will be hosting a live Life to Eagle session. Please encourage any of your scouts who have attained the rank of Life or are close to achieving that rank to attend.. Learn everything you need to know about the journey that your scouts will undertake to successfully achieve that rank of Eagle. Remember, all scouts who attend must be accompanied by an adult, but it will be worth the time! Please bring your Scout Handbook for the session.
