Wonder Sessions for Adults

Poetry, Painting & Presence
Take a midweek pause to reconnect with your creative spirit. Each session we’ll
meditate, move gently, read poetry, and explore painting and drawing as ways of
expressing the shapes of our days and lives. No art experience needed — just come
as you are.
When: Wednesday Nights, 7:00 PM
Where: The Wonder Studio
Who: Adults of all backgrounds, no experience required
Leave with your journal, your artwork, and a sense of wonder carried into the rest of
your week.
