Wyld is a meditative dance practice that invites deeper connection, builds confidence, and creates focused time for mindfulness and movement. As we step into a new year, this wellness dance class offers a powerful way to reset, move intentionally, and reconnect with yourself through guided choreography, repetition, and meditation.
Wyld is designed to connect body, mind, and soul while fostering meaningful community. It offers a safe, supportive, and joyful space for people of all ages to release what no longer serves them and begin the year feeling more grounded, expressive, and alive in their bodies.
In this hour long meditative dance class, a trained Wyld instructor will gently guide you through movement practices that help you reconnect with yourself and others. Together, we create an inclusive and welcoming environment rooted in playfulness, growth, and genuine connection. This is a chance to start the year moving with intention rather than rushing through it.
Wyld is a raw, honest, and inclusive wellness experience where you are invited to let go, move freely, and reconnect with joy. You do not need dance experience, and you do not need to show up as anything other than yourself. Wyld meets you exactly where you are.
