Med Instead of Meds

Discover how to prevent – or even reverse – certain chronic conditions by joining the Med Instead of Meds class series. Each session explores one of the seven simple steps to eating the Mediterranean way, with a focus on mindful eating, meal planning, reading nutrition labels, & managing portion sizes.
