Does bedtime often feel more like a battle than a breeze? This laid-back session will dive into the real struggles of bedtime—and how to make evenings smoother for both parents and kids.
We’ll cover:
Why consistency at bedtime matters (yes, even on weekends!)
How to use immediacy and follow-through to reduce stalling
Simple ways to create peaceful, predictable routines
Tips for supporting your child’s emotional needs while setting healthy boundaries
