Farewell and Welcome Ceremony in honor of Brigadier General William M. Parker and Colonel Marc E. Pelini on Wednesday, the 28th day of May, at 1630 hours at the Old Post Quadrangle. The attire for the event is duty uniform for military and business casual (slacks, open-collar shirt, jacket) for civilians.
