Volunteer at Lawrence Community Orchard

July is around the corner so we wanted to let you know when you can plug in: every Monday night 6-8 and 10 to noon on Sat. July 19.

You don’t have to have any special skills to participate, but you’ll certainly leave the orchard with a bit more knowledge!

New people show up nearly every volunteer time so don’t hesitate! You’re very welcome at the orchard!

When you show up to 830 Garfield st. be prepared with water, sun protection, bug protection etc. parking cars on Delaware street is preferred just cuz Garfield is a narrow dead end residential street.

Hopefully we’ll be eating some peaches in July if the squirrels don’t get ‘em first.
