PRIDE Proclamation at City Hall

Join us for a historic moment in Lawrence's history as we celebrate PRIDE at City Hall on Tuesday, June 3, at 5:45 p.m. We are excited to announce that the city will be proclaiming June as LGBTQ+ PRIDE Month in Lawrence, Kansas!

This proclamation is a symbol of our commitment to creating a more inclusive community where everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, can feel valued, respected, and supported. We invite all members of the LGBTQ+ community, their allies, and advocates to join us as we celebrate our diversity and our shared humanity.

We encourage attendees to wear their best PRIDE attire and bring their flags and banners to show their support. We hope you'll join us for this historic occasion as we come together to celebrate PRIDE! See you there!
