Join us for grounding, connection, and self-expression through group singing. We’ll begin with gentle embodiment practices and mindful movement to prepare mind, body, and breath for singing. From there, the songleader (Abby Ilardi, MS, LPC, RYT) will teach simple, repetitive songs that anyone can learn—no singing experience required. We will also have time for sharing and connection.
We’ll sing together as a form of expression, meditation, and community, focusing on how the singing feels rather than how it sounds. Throughout history and across cultures, singing has been a way to bring people together, foster healing, and create shared meaning. Modern research also shows that singing can stimulate the vagus nerve, supporting nervous system function, stress relief, and emotional well-being. Join us and learn how to use your voice as a tool for wellbeing.
All voices are welcome!
Join us for all three autumn song circles for $50 or drop in for $20/session.
