Join Trans Lawrence Coalition for our third annual Trans Clothing Swap!
You do NOT need to bring or pay anything to participate.
Can you believe this started in 2023?? Dig into your closet, dust off those items you haven’t worn for a year, and come get something new to you! You don’t need to bring anything to shop the swap, and you don’t need to take anything to donate. Although we do recommend bringing your own reusable bag to fill up on fall fits.
WHAT TO DONATE
Clean clothes in good condition (on or off hangers), accessories, jewelry, shoes, and unopened, sealed makeup. If you have a question, please reach out to ask!
WHEN TO DONATE
You can donate accepted items for the swap at Trans Lawrence Coalition (TLC) events through the month of September. We have Board Game Night on 9/1, TLC Youth & Rainbow Kids & Families Crafternoon on 9/4 and 9/18, Trans & Queer Aerial Silks on 9/10, Trans Gym Day on 9/15, and Early Bird Karaoke on 9/24. Donations will also be accepted at the Clothing Swap on 9/27 from 1-3 pm. After 3pm we cannot accept any additional items. Everything! Must! Go!
TLC’s Trans Clothing Swap is entirely free. You are not required to bring anything or pay for any items you take. As always, if you have the means you can donate to TLC to help fund future events and initiatives. See you soon!
