Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil was developed in March 2014 by Phillip Weeden. During the pandemic your local instructor, ILona was just someone like most of us trying to find a fun way to get active. When I found XHH l, I was hooked. I had a hard time finding in person classes once the world reopen so I did the next best thing and became an instructor in 2021
Xtreme Hip Hop combines fitness step with Hip Hop music. It’s a fitness party. There are 3 rules to class: Don’t Stop, Don’t Quit and Dont Give up! That’s it! Step has literally saved my life and I’m here to help save yours!
