Father’s Day Fun Run and Free Session!

Come to the Lawrence Shopping Center for the morning Pride Fun Run/Walk event, with music, food and vendors, and stay for a FREE SELF-DEFENSE INTRO at Karate Fit USA (near Urban Air, across from Meatheadz)!!
No cost, experience or equipment needed, and parents can bring kids. (A fun Father-child or solo experience!)

Also stop by our table to learn about our Adult and Child classes, and maybe pick up some simple techniques. Enter the raffle for a FREE MONTH MEMBERSHIP, and we will draw the winner at the Self-Defense event!
