Never done CrossFit? Here’s a chance! Come get a free workout in! We will have two classes, 8:30 and 9:30am. We will also have multiple coaches on hand to ensure you’re as safe as possible and the workout is modified to your level! Any age, any fitness level welcome!!! Let’s go!!
