NTX Throwdown V

Grab your partner and test yourselves in a same sex partner competition! Multiple divisions available, RX, Intermediate, Scaled, Masters. All WODs are currently being tested, but will be posted soon.

RX - can do all open movements RX, and can move heavier weights.

Intermediate - can do all open movements RX, weights will be lighter, every day gym WOD weights.

Scaled - modified movements and lighter weights.

Masters - combined age both athletes must add up to 85 years old. May have scaled and RX masters if there is enough interest.
