2025 State of Community - Breakfast and Panel Discussion

The forum will address local issues and will allow the panelists a chance to dive into various topics.
Development and progress in the Laurinburg/Scotland community will be discussed at this year’s Annual State of the Community. This year, the event will take place May 16th at Scotland Health System - W.R. Dulin Center.
Breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. - Discussion at 8:00 a.m.
Speakers will include:
- Scotland County, Manager, April Snead
- City of Laurinburg, Manager, Charles Nichols
- Southeastern Airport Commission, Seth Hatchell
- President & CEO, Scotland Health Care, David Pope
- Jay Todd as the Moderator
