Join us for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Summer Solstice Sound Bath on Thursday, June 20th at 6:30 PM. As the longest day of the year marks the official beginning of summer, we invite you to pause, reflect, and reset with the healing vibrations of sound. Our guided meditation will be on illumination and renewal—a chance to reconnect with your inner light, gently let go of what’s felt heavy, and create space for new energy as summer begins.

This special evening session will harness the energy of the solstice—a time of light, growth, and transformation. You'll be guided through a meditative sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls and rain sticks designed to calm the nervous system, balance energy, and promote inner clarity.

What to Bring:
-Yoga mat or blanket
-Pillow or bolster for comfort
-Water bottle
-Anything else you need to feel cozy and supported
