Burtonsville Players DBA as Laurel Mill Playhouse, located at 508 Main Street, Laurel MD is happy to present Disney’s Newsies JR. with a Cabaret.

Newsies JR. is a Disney musical based on the 1992 film and 2012 Broadway musical of the same name. It tells the story of Jack Kelly, a charismatic newsboy who leads a strike against unfair pricing by newspaper publishers. Inspired by the real-life Newsboy Strike of 1899, the musical features a Tony Award-winning score and includes classic songs like “Carrying the Banner” and “Seize the Day”. ~ MTI
