Winter Nei Gong - Somatic Movement session
Come and join me for a beautiful Somatic Movement session to welcome in the Winter Energy. Winter is all about slowing down, conserving energy and going inward.

This slow and gentle movement session will be working with the Water Element. Followed by a little Heart balancing movement and meditation.

Working with the Water Element in Winter is beautiful as it helps us let go of the overthinking mind, is calming and nourishing, and helps us to find our flow.

Tickets are $30 per person.
