Improvised stand up comedy at Junction Arts Festival!
Raffle ticket technology and stand up comedy combine for the first time ever in a twisted partnership of improvised chaos.
When you arrive you are given a raffle ticket.
A comedian comes out on stage and pulls a ticket from a hat.
If your number is called, you can give the comedian a prompt, ask a question, tell them about your dog etc.
They have 5 minutes to make something funny with you in what we call…
RIFF RAFFLE!
With comedians from the southern utopia of nipaluna (Hobart) and comedians from the beautiful kanamaluka (Launceston) and some comedians from other places.
