Join us for a deeply restorative 1-hour session of Reiki and Breathwork a unique combination designed to soothe your energy, calm your nervous system, and guide you back to balance.

We’ll begin with gentle Reiki healing to relax the body and settle the mind, followed by guided Breathwork to release tension, awaken clarity, and reconnect you to your inner stillness.
