Sammi flows , hulahoop and flow workshop 🌼

It is a $ donation based workshop , it’s focused on hula hooping for beginners or if you are experienced and just wanna network and learn some new tricks , if your able bring your own hula hoop they are available at Walmart for $5.00 but if you aren’t able to get one I should be able to provide one for you . All ages are welcome , it’s a laid back event full of support and community ,will move our bodies and just have a good time in the fresh air Hope to see yinz there ✌️ 🌼
Side note (If it’s thunder storming it’ll be rescheduled but a light sprinkle won’t stop us )
