Yoga, Sound & Sharing Circle — A Community Experience for the Heart and Soul

Join us for an evening of deep connection, gentle movement, and healing expression at My Safe Place Studio. Guided by Jordan (@whimsodang), Michelle (@michellecalizo), and Luz (@_healingwithlight_), this sacred space invites you to unwind, open up, and be fully seen.

This 2-hour immersive experience blends grounding yoga, a soothing sound bath, affirmations, and expressive tools like role-reversal journaling, mirror exercises, elemental breathwork, and voice activation. We’ll close with a heart-centered sharing circle to witness one another in presence and vulnerability.

Whether you’re seeking healing, community, or simply a place to recharge your spirit—this is your invitation. Come as you are, and leave feeling more connected to yourself and those around you.
