This vinyasa-based practice aka "flow yoga" is a moving practice that links poses, or asanas together for a flowing sequence breath that embraces movements for detoxification, agility, centering in a rhythmic and meditative experience.

Beginners are encouraged to feel and move within their range of motion and strength. All levels of yoga will benefit in full body mobility, increased flexibility of hips, spine, and enhance your other physical practices. Closing class with a restorative-yin to reduce stress and assist relaxation. Live Sound Healing Tibetan Singing Bowl and Reiki Healing.
