Through a heart-led guided meditation, you will meet the goddess Hestia, keeper of the sacred hearth. With tenderness and grace, Hestia will help you restore the heart flames that may have dimmed under the weight of worry, grief, or disconnection. She will offer you the spark needed to activate your heart’s dreams and illuminate the path forward.
