Alpha Gentlemen is a monthly personal development and leadership training initiative for young men ages 13 to 25. The program is designed to instill discipline, self-respect and confidence through a blend of:
Modern Gentlemen’s Etiquette
Personal Conduct and Appearance
Financial Literacy
Communication Skills
Physical Fitness, Sports Conditioning and Boxing
Leadership and Business Mentoring

Program Goals:
Prepare young men to thrive in professional and social setting
Encorgage community involvement
Create a pipeline of young leaders
Reduce risky behavior through mentorship, accountability and discipline
