Beach Themed Stroller Strides

Let's head to the beach! Join us for a spirited Friday Stroller Strides class from 9-10 a.m. at Sagecrest Park that will be filled with beachy fun!

After class at 10 a.m., stick around for our playgroup with ocean sensory bins for the kids. Meet by the playground for this fun & free activity.

Playgroups are FREE to kids and their caregivers in the Las Cruces community. You don't need to be a FIT4MOM member to join in the fun.

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.
