5th Annual Juneteenth Jazz Arts Festival - at Young Park

Join us as the Branigan Cultural Center and NM Music Commissioner Derrick Lee present the 5th annual “Juneteenth Jazz Arts Festival.” We will have three events this year in celebration of Juneteenth. The second of the three will be a FREE event at Young Park, 850 S. Walnut, from 6pm to 9pm MDT on Thursday, June 19.

Join us in celebrating this truly American Holiday with jazz performances by the Las Cruces Jazz Collective with guest vocalist, Tawanda Suessbirch-Joaquim. Bring your own chairs or blanket to sit on the grass.

The first event will be from 4pm to 9pm MDT at the Plaza de Las Cruces, 100 N. Main St., on Sunday, June 15. The third event will be from 10am to 1pm MDT in the Courtyard at the Branigan Cultural Center, 501 N. Main St., on Saturday, June 21.
