Wonderful Thunderful Rain Book Launch Party

Local author Donna Parrey is celebrating the release of her latest children’s book, Wonderful Thunderful Rain. Her book launch party is at The Book Rescuers, 8325 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL on Sunday, June 22, from 3-6pm, just in time for hurricane season here in Florida. She invites families to hear her read the book, which features a young boy who wants to comfort his dog, Boomer, when noisy storms blow in. Wonderful Thunderful Rain is available for purchase for $12. The author will sign purchased books at the event.
