In this women-only class, you'll learn how to defend yourself effectively if a confrontation goes to the ground. Whether you're pinned, grabbed, or caught off guard, we’ll show you how to regain control, create space, and fight back with purpose. We’ll cover real-world techniques to break free from holds, protect vital areas, and use leverage—not size—to your advantage. No experience needed. Just bring your willingness to learn, move, and leave stronger than you came in.

Weapon Brand combines the most effective techniques from nine different martial arts styles, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and more. Unlike flashy Instagram videos that may not be practical or accessible in real-life situations, we teach simple yet effective techniques that you can learn and use to defend yourself within just two hours.

Our goal is to empower you to become your own weapon and take action to protect yourself in any situation.
