Creative Play Workshop!

Join us for a creative-energizing morning of play! Local artist Tara Pappas will guide participants through a series of art activities meant to decrease stress and encourage creativity! This particular offering will also include a special breathwork component, led by the wonderful Sarah Stepans! All supplies and instruction are provided. This offering is donation-based, no RSVP needed.♥️ Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy.
