Join us every other Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 PM at the Lapeer Serenity House for our Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Recovery Group. EFT, often referred to as "tapping," is a powerful tool for managing stress, emotional challenges, and trauma. This group provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals recovering from substance use, trauma, or codependency, helping you release negative emotions and promote healing. Whether you're new to EFT or experienced, come explore this holistic approach to emotional wellness and connect with others on their recovery journey. All are welcome!
