Yoga with Elizabeth Seldin

Join Elizabeth for some playful, yet relaxing, yoga every Monday. Stop into the Whimsy and pick up a $5 class pass so you can try it out. If you love it (which you more than likely will), purchase 5 classes for a discounted $80. Drop-ins are $20. If finances are tight, please speak with Elizabeth. Wanna know more about your teacher? Well, here you go... Elizabeth Seldin has been teaching yoga for the past six years and movement for 20. There is something magical that happens when we create the space to practice together. Bringing her understanding of healthy body and energy dynamics in tandem with the joy of playing and moving, Elizabeth invites you to come and explore what it means to cultivate space and time for yourself.
