The Supper Club: Session One

Description: Join us for this new series at Bradly’s HG focusing on building community, slow dining, and exploring new recipes!

New from the Kitchen at Bradly’s HG is The Supper Club: an interactive cooking-meets-dining experience to remember the joy of communal dining, cookbooks, and community. Together the class will help to craft a three-course meal before enjoying the fruits of our labor. Each session will focus on a different theme, chef, cuisine, and more! To start, a fresh and stunning summer menu from the book “Breakfast Lunch Tea” by Rose Bakery in Paris.What you'll learn: Join Chef Jas for this class on Farmers Market Finds. Llearn to best utilize the summer harvest with simple recipes and preserving techniques.

Our Mission: Let our cooking classes inspire you. Work with our chef/instructor to learn how to prepare delicious recipes, hone essential techniques, and put some "heart" back into cooking. All levels of experience welcome! We offer private classes, private parties, and a bounty of niche gourmet food and beverage products! NOTICE about cooking classes:

• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
• You will work with other students.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.
• You will sit or stand, cooking and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
• No refunds on classes, but feel free to gift a friend or family member.
• Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.
• All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.
