The Deadly String Band at Lansing Shuffle

The Deadly String Band will be performing from 7-10pm on Saturday, November 1st at Lansing Shuffle.

This is going to be an interesting gig; our first since Mike (our leader singer/rhythm guitar player) busted his finger and lost his ability to play guitar for a while due to the injury. Because of that we've had to mix things up including adding hand drumming and a more palpable downbeat rhythm. Hippie Jazz Odyssey, here we come! The new sound is great, especially with our new permanent, but frequent sub, Mike on bass. The grooves will be solid and the tunes will be fresh. Come out for this new chapter of the band!!!
