Kids in grades K-6 and their families and friends are invited to LCC’s Downtown Campus to explore science, technology, engineering, the arts, and mathematics-themed events as STEAM Fest takes over the LCC Arts and Sciences building!

What to expect
LCC faculty will teach several STEAM topics and host several community partners to join in the fun! Participants will receive a goodie bag, event passport and map.
Explore the Arts and Sciences Building floor by floor to participate in 50+ activities like:
-slime-making
-live animal encounters
-planetarium shows
-cardboard engineering
-M&M math
-sculpture-making
-much more!
About the event
This free event is hosted by the LCC Arts and Sciences Division faculty, staff and volunteers every November to inspire a love of STEAM-focused learning among Lansing-area youth.
This event is FREE and open to the public. Kids of all ages are welcome to attend; however, activities are intended for the K-6 grade age group.
