Kids Yoga Series at Lovelight Collective

Join us for this 3-week series of yoga for kids with Bee! This session is for children ages 5-9. If your child falls into a different age group, please reach out to c3R1ZGlvIHwgbG92ZWxpZ2h0LWNvbGxlY3RpdmUgISBjb20= about future sessions.

We will be diving into the ancient practices of yoga in fun and playful ways! Using simple mediation exercises combined with mindfulness in movement, our 45 minute classes taught by a certified Kidding Around Yoga Instructor, give all who join a pause to breathe & play.

Each class is uniquely themed, giving the kids a chance to explore creativity and will end with a moment of rest in savasana.

What to bring: Child-sized mats will be provided, please wear comfy clothes you can move in!

*Parents can join for the first class to help us settle and get to know each other in class*
