Jazz Tuesdays w/ Ian LeVine Quartet

This week we welcome Lansing area veteran drummer Ian LeVine back to the Jazz Tuesdays stage.

Ian began his jazz journey under the tutelage of Ron Newman at MSU in 1979, and continues to perform prolifically today with the Capital Sundogs and The Further Adventures of Fat Boy & Jive Turkey. He has recorded with Arlene McDaniel and Danielle Blanchard.

Alto saxophonist Ian Knox makes his Jazz Tuesdays debut. He has performed and recorded with Michigan groups over the past two decades including Those Delta Rhythm Kings and the Planet D Nonet.

Rounding out the band we have Jazz Tuesdays mainstays Clif Metcalf on keys, and Luke Sittard on guitar.
