Cultivating the Art of Play Theater Class

Spring Session- Tuesdays 6pm-7:15pm
April 22nd - May 27th

Deep dive into sound, movement, character creation, collaboration and creating original work together! Whether you have taken this class before or are new to it, come and play and cultivate good health in collaborative community through the vehicle of theater.

What we do: Play, have fun, cultivate skills--- what your brain does: Balance your nervous system, strengthen neuroplasticity, boost confidence, joy, and connection.
