Children's Retreat Family Style

Creating a safe space for children to learn how to identify and process emotions, learn how to ground and redirect negative energy, receive a 30 minute massage, learn about and experience energy work, learn Tai Chi / Falon Gong / Meditation and heal from loss, grief and trauma in a healthy environment! Since it is so close to Halloween it will be a kid friendly Halloween Theme and there will be some fun activities!
