Sound Therapy not only promotes relaxation but also helps clear energy blockages. It has been known to alleviate stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders, MS, pain, and autism. The sound vibrations release stress and bring the body into a state of harmony and joy.

Since everything on Earth is made of sound vibrations, each person is believed to have a unique vibrational footprint. A sound bath aims to relax your body and mind, letting sound waves wash over you. Instruments are typically played from one spot, but sometimes they are moved around the room or played over your body.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, blanket, and cushion to stay warm and cosy. (Some mats may be available.) Most people lie down for a Sound Bath, though some prefer sitting in a comfortable chair. No prior experience or effort is needed, everyone is welcome!
