Letting you all know that we will be serving up a whole new menu of NICE and EASY programs this summer! In addition to our Nice and Easy Trail Hikes, we will be offering a new program called NICE and EASY ON THE RAIL TRAIL! This will be an invitation to come ride your bike (traditional or e-bike pedal-assist class 1) with a Park Interpreter along the beautiful Ashuwillticook Rail Trail!
Please Note: **Meet at the Mall Road /Ashuwillticook Entrance on the Route 7 / 8 Connector Road in Lanesborough, MA!**

These easy-paced, 4 to 6-mile guided BIKING PROGRAMS are geared for seniors, but open to all ages. A wonderful opportunity to join other biking enthusiasts who share in the joy of the great outdoors!
Explore the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail with a State Park Interpreter and discover many of the amazing natural and cultural features found along this popular recreational trail. Look for signs of wildlife and railroad history.
Bring your bike (traditional or e-bike pedal-assist class 1) drinking water and a snack or lunch; wear a helmet, and clothing appropriate for the weather.
