🌸 A Glimpse of What’s Coming…
Sacred Somatics is evolving.
We’re shifting to a weekly rhythm, with 2-hour sessions to go deeper into the practice — more movement, more breath, more tremor, more integration.
Our new 6-week container begins the following Wednesday, 30th July — and I’ll be sharing all the details and booking info with you after our community class.
