Easing into the day - grounding chakra and aura cleanse and earth alignment

During this meditation, we will softly welcome the day with a gentle cleanse and charge of the aura and chakras, in contrast to yesterday crystal bowling session, this one is a grounding meditation, grounding your alignment by pairing each of your chakras with the earth and bringing attendee’s focus and awareness back into the present.

Each session would involve a brief discussion about the bowls and their purpose and a bit of guidance about how to get the most out of a sound bath experience. A 40- 45 minute bowling session (just purely the bowls), then a 5-10 minute group share at the end of the session to give participants an opportunity to share their experience, sharing is encouraged, but optional.

This event will occur in the Quiet Space and is for Beltane Ticket Holders only
